Aliyah Carter
Since high school, Aliyah Carter has been a dominant player on the court. As a junior, she led the state in kills per set and hitting efficiency as well as won state titles in the long jump and high jump. This momentum continued into her freshman year of college where she played in all 21 games and starting in 16. This same year, she set Kansas State University’s freshman single match record with 27 kills against Texas State.
Her sophomore year consisted of more record breaking games and awards. Starting in all 28 matches, she was one of four players to perform in all 107 sets. She was named AVCA Midwest All-Region First Team, an undisputed All-Big 12 First Team candidate and voted MVP of the K-State Invitational. Additionally, Carter ended the season second in the Big 12 with 4.03 kills per set.
Along with being a force on the court, Aliyah has dove into entrepreneurial adventures as well. She has created the Aliyah Carter Official Fan Store where she sells merchandise representing herself. She has also partnered with NFM Pics and Unhyped Athletics while being a full time student athlete. Aliyah continues to break records on and off the court and we look forward to her future with great anticipation.
